The Union County Utilities Authority has awarded the contract listed below, without competitive bidding, as professional services pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a). The contracts is being awarded after a solicitation through a Fair and Open Process in accordance N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The contract, and the resolution authorizing it, are available for public inspection during regular business hours, in the office of the Clerk of the Union County Utilities Authority, 1499 Route 1&9 North, Rahway, New Jersey. The following contracts has been awarded for a period commencing on April 22, 2021 and continuing though the Authority’s next reorganization meeting in February 2022, upon the terms and conditions, including the hourly rates, set forth therein.
- D&B Engineers and Architects to provide Monitoring engineer services in connection with all operational and/or regulatory matters pertaining to the Union County Resource Recovery Facility for a sum not to exceed $100,000.00.
