The Union County Utilities Authority has awarded the contracts listed below, without competitive bidding, as professional services pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i). The contracts, and the resolutions authorizing them, are on file and available for public inspection during regular business hours, in the office of the Clerk of the Union County Utilities Authority, 1499 Route 1&9 North, Rahway, New Jersey. The following contracts have been awarded for a period commencing on December 9, 2021 upon the terms and conditions, including the hourly rates, set forth therein.
- Mullen Coughlin, LLC, for the provision of legal services to the Authority, for a sum not to exceed $25,000.00, for a term not to exceed 12 months.
- Authorizing a professional services contract with Tracepoint, LLC, and Mullen Coughlin, LLC for the provision of information technology analysis, and consulting Services for a sum not to exceed $41,000.00, for a term not to exceed 6 months.
