The Union County Utilities Authority has awarded the contract listed below, without competitive bidding, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, et seq. This contract is being awarded after a solicitation through a Fair and Open Process in accordance N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The contract, and the resolution authorizing them, is available for public inspection during regular business hours, in the office of the Clerk of the Union County Utilities Authority, 1499 Route 1&9 North, Rahway, New Jersey. The following contract have been awarded for a period commencing on February 11, 2015 and continuing though the Authority’s next reorganization meeting in February 2016, upon the terms and conditions, including the hourly rates, set forth therein.
